Yeah I noticed, I wish writers would be more realistic with their plots though, the author should've wrote a better reason the MC ended up with it and kept possession of it smh. Hell him finding it in the forest or location where the monkey led them to would be more logical than the current storyline. And why didn't the dying monk do it himself, he's dying anyway so jump off a cliff then instead of trusting the fate of the world to a talentless kid lol?!

This is how all cultivation donghua, and even isekai anime, seem to be written anymore. Overpowered MC is an easy cookie cutter plot.

I have no problem with them being OP, even if they are, I wished they'd just be written better where it makes sense and pay attention to small plot holes that shouldn't be presentable smh.
